Your Crockett Architectural Designer works to help you, the homeowner, to get the home you want while working with your builder, to keep the project within budget. We like to think of the design team as the designer, the homeowner, and the builder. Crockett’s construction documents (final plans) are designed to meet the International Residential Building Codes. The design phases include: preliminary plans (elevations and floor plans), secondary plans (revisions, if any, elevations, floor plans, and foundation plan), and final construction documents (with sections, framing plans, energy audit).
